Over 115,000 consumers give their opinion at the German Bonus Awards

Consumers in Germany appear to be extremely committed when it comes to taking advantage of the best bonus offers. Almost three quarters of German citizens actively participate in bonus programs, which is well above the European average. The loyalty sector has been rewarding its loyal participants for years and has now been honored for the third time at the German Bonus Awards.
Whether it’s points, miles or cashback, around three quarters of all Germans actively participate in various bonus programs. The German Bonus Awards offer consumers, experts, media representatives and VIPs a platform to recognize the achievements of an industry that has been inspiring numerous customers for years with its commitment, innovation and inspiration.
In total, more than 115,000 consumers took part in the voting in six different categories, an increase of 254% compared to the previous year. The programs of the year were awarded in the categories of shopping, travel, hotels, lifestyle, finance and cashback. Prizes were also awarded for the best points-earning campaign, the best customer service and the best app.
